Meet Mark Ludwig

First and foremost, Mark is the proud father of his son Levi.

He is also the Executive Director of Americans for Equal Shared Parenting (AFESP), an organization that raises awareness of the need for children to have equal access to both of their fit, willing and able parents.

Mark is active in 24 states with legislation and has over 30 years of political experience. He was instrumental in the passage of 10 pieces of legislation in 9 different states regarding issues affecting the shared parenting community, and is passionate about pushing this movement in all 50 states.

In 2023, Mark also wrote “The Insider’s Guide to Passing State Legislation” - a step-by-step guide covering the entire process of passing legislation at the state level.
